Refunds

All purchases made with Sagepilot are considered final. Refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or granted at the sole discretion of Sagepilot.ai.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods. However, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded, and your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Trial Periods

Sagepilot offers trial periods for certain services. You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for a free trial. No charges will be applied until the trial period has expired. On the final day of the trial, unless cancelled, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fees for your selected plan.

Fee Changes

Sagepilot may modify subscription fees at its sole discretion and at any time. Any fee changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Sagepilot reserves the right to modify free trial terms or cancel the offer without notice. Continued platform use after fee changes constitutes your agreement to the modified fees.
